SOLUTION: Fima Brass Forging suggested it took over the assembly, testing and packaging of the customer’s products in order to get the full benefit of its thirty years of experience and its ongoing monitoring of production processes demanded by these parts. Fima also suggested adopting a make-to-stock approach in order to reduce lead-time as per the customer's requests.
